Snow at Easter

As usual these days i'm a bit behind!

Like many we had a large snowfall over the last week and it's taking some melting. It's been a while since we've had snow at Easter.

Last weekend our garden looked like this.

This weekend the garden still has a fair bit of snow and I found a pot of daffodils abandoned in the garden from last spring!

Our young cat Kevin loves the snow, she spent a lot of time charging around in it having an absolute blast, she may possibly be the only one sad to see it go.........

  1. Hi Pam :-) My goodness, you had a lot of snow there! We had some too but not as much although we have some far old drifts along the hedgerows in the country lanes still. I love your fun eggs :-) Wishing you and yours a Very Happy Easter!

I don't think your last post showed on my sidebar or if it did I completely missed it :-( but have just enjoyed catching up. Well done on the Goldeneye, a lovely, distinctive bird which I don't see very often and can never get very close to. Lovely swan photos too.

    1. Thank you :) we did, we haven't had it that bad in years!

The Goldeneye is such a gorgeous bird and quite close to the bank too, I was really chuffed to see it.

      Happy Easter to you too!
