Rodley Nature Reserve

This was at the end of March, we picked a good day and spent nearly 4 hours here. We checked out every hide, every pond & basically every nook and cranny we could!

A couple of the highlights were a flock of Meadow Pipits flitting about and a Willow Warbler in the managers garden.

There were a few Little Grebe on the lagoon and reedbeds and plenty of Reed Buntings - not surprisingly in the reeds!

Some other spots - Oystercatcher, Lapwing, Teal, mating frogs, Bullfinch and a very sorry looking Robin that was missing a lot of feathers.
