It fell overnight Friday and also a little today. We don't have a lot but it's covered everything and really brought out the birds into the garden once i'd defrosted the water and topped up the feeders! We even had a rare visit from 2 female and one male Chaffinch and a Greenfinch.

ReplyDeleteWe have only had a light dusting of snow but I suspect there is more to come. We have had temperatures of -10C though!
Love your Robin photo, Pam. Such pretty little birds. American "Robins" are big hulking thrushes.

ReplyDeleteThanks for all the comments, the Robin is quite a stunning little bird - it's been around everyday and the white under his chest is the same colour as the snow!
